At Herbal Treasures, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy with free return shipping. Please read the details below to understand our refund and return process.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Packaging: The item(s) must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Receive Return Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Prepare Package: Securely package the item(s) and attach the provided shipping label.
- Send Package: Drop off the package at the nearest courier service as instructed.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items purchased during clearance sales
3. Exchanges
We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged.
How to Request an Exchange:

- Receive Confirmation: We will review your request and confirm the exchange.
- Return Item: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide to return the defective or damaged item(s).
- Receive Replacement: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will send out the replacement(s) promptly.
4. Shipping Costs
- Delivery: We offer free home delivery all over Pakistan on all orders.
- Returns: All return and exchange shipping costs are covered by Herbal Treasures. You will not incur any additional charges for returning or exchanging products.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected time frame:
- Check Bank Account: Verify your bank account for the refund.
- Contact Credit Card Company: Some processing times may apply before a refund is officially posted.
- Contact Your Bank: There may be processing delays on the bank's end.
